Meet Chakera Hough, daughter of Debra Hough and Larry Bracey. She is the recipient of the Elliott Pioneer scholarship.
Chakera told us:
I am a 2020 graduate from North Platte High School. In the fall I will be attending college at the University of Omaha Nebraska. There I plan to major in physical therapy and minor in psychology.
